Sushi

Why has all my blogging lately been about food? That's weird.

Anyways, yesterday me and some people went out to sushi. That's right. Raw fish. I had never really indulged myself before in the joys of sushi, (I had only skimmed the surface) so I was somewhat apprehensive. But I was going with people that knew their sushi business, so that emboldened me.

Can I just say it was fantastic. We ordered 12 rolls for 5 of us, and everyone dove in and loved it. My favorite was called the "Wasatch", which was a simple rice-seaweed-tuna combo. Wow.

A total success. I'm jumping on the sushi bandwagon.

I am so on the sushi bandwagon!!! I love The Happy Sumo in Provo! Go! You will thank yourself!

Just as a side note, I'm going to share my sushi knowledge... "sushi" means roll (I don't know if it is a direct translation) and "sashimi" (sp) means raw fish. So just because it's sushi doesn't necessarily mean it's raw fish. For the record, I like sushi AND sashimi ;)

Stef-
That's where we went! Happy Sumo was great. And that is a great side note, I will be sure to whip that fact out and impress next time I go out for sushi.
