Compliment
I received an unexpected compliment the other day. I will share.
So I had to run a quick errand at an apartment near BYU campus the other day. I had to park on the street, and of course there was hardly any street parking available. I finally found a spot nearby that looked big enough for my car, and with one quick flick of the wrist, I parallel parked.
As I was coming back to my car a few minutes later, there was a dude walking along the sidewalk right next to where my car was parked. As he saw which car I was getting into, and the narrow gaps that existed between the car in front and back, he smiled and said "Good luck getting out of there!".
I just smiled back and said "Thanks". But what I was screaming inside was "Dude, little do you know I just pulled into this tight spot, on my FIRST TRY!!! Bah ha ha ha ha ha ha!!".
Darrell. The man, the myth, the parallel parking legend.

I can attest to your parallel parking geniusness. I've been privileged to actually live it.
I'm in awe...
